Sirringhaus Lab

Hyeonmin Choi is a PhD student at Seoul National University (SNU), studying charge transport in perovskite field-effect transistors. He is conducting his research under the supervision of Prof. Keehoon Kang. During his time at the group he is focussing on AC Hall measurements of 2D tin perovskites to better understand how temperature treatments can improve mobility.
