Biography

Zhengkang finished his bachelor's degree (major in physics) at Nanjing University, China. He then continued his MPhil and now PhD in this group. His current research focuses on using spectroscopic & microscopic techniques to understand the charge transport mechanisms in various semiconductor systems. His work includes optical modeling (calculating accurate dielectric functions in various systems) and digging for more information from the dielectric functions.
