Youcheng joined the group as a PhD on October 2019, focusing on perovskite field-effect transistors (FETs). The project aims to develop reliable FET architecture and fabrication process that will allow accurate charge transport characterization of the 3D/2D perovskites. He is jointly supervised by Prof. Henning Sirringhaus and Dr. Sam Stranks.
